1. The service

TheHirePack generates AI-assisted hiring documentation — including job descriptions, interview questions, candidate scorecards, and rejection email templates — based on the brief you provide. The output is delivered as a PDF by email.

2. Payment

Each hiring pack is priced at £39 per role. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your card details are never stored by us.

3. Delivery

Your pack will be delivered by email within approximately 5 minutes of completing your brief. A download link is also provided on the confirmation page. If you do not receive your pack within 30 minutes, please contact us at contact@thehirepack.com.

4. Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your pack, contact us within 48 hours of purchase at contact@thehirepack.com and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

Refunds are not available after 48 hours or if the document has been used in a hiring process.

5. Use of output

You may use the generated documents for your own internal hiring purposes. You may not resell or distribute the output as a standalone product.

6. AI-generated content

The documents are generated using AI and are provided as a starting point. You should review all content before use and adapt it to your specific requirements. We do not guarantee that the output will be suitable for every role or jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of liability

TheHirePack is not liable for any hiring decisions made based on the generated documentation. The output is informational and does not constitute legal or HR advice.
